For Transactions Through Our PENNSYLVANIA Location: 

Unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing, 1% 10^th E.O.M., NET 25^TH E.O.M. 
It is specifically agreed and understood that past due accounts will bear a 1 ½% monthly
service charge, and buyer, by accepting the sold material agrees in this writing to the said
service charge and other terms and conditions contained herein.  In the event that legal
action is necessary to collect any amount due on any invoice, buyer agrees to reimburse
seller for all court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. 

Buyer also agrees that Lehigh County, State of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, shall be the
venue for any legal action necessary to collect any delinquent accounts, and further, this
contract shall be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and the Laws of the State of
Pennsylvania.  By purchasing the subject material, buyer represents that it is solvent and if
at time of purchase that was not the case, then seller may reclaim the product sold wherever
it is located at its option.  Until such time as the goods are paid for buyer also grants seller
a security interest in said goods.

                                      For Transactions Through Our NEW YORK Location:

Unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing, 1% 10^th E.O.M., NET 25^TH E.O.M.  
It is specifically agreed and understood that past due accounts will bear a 1 ½% monthly
service charge, and buyer, by accepting the sold material agrees in this writing to the said
service charge and other terms and conditions contained herein.  In the event that legal

Buyer also agrees that Onondaga County, State of New York, shall be the venue for any
legal action necessary to collect any delinquent accounts, and further, this contract shall
be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and the Laws of the State of New York. 
By purchasing the subject material, buyer represents that it is solvent and if at time of
purchase that was not the case, then seller may reclaim the product sold wherever it is
located at its option.  Until such time as the goods are paid for buyer also grants seller
a security interest in said goods.

                                     For Transactions Through Our WASHINGTON Location:

Unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing, 1% 10^th E.O.M., NET 25^TH E.O.M. 
It is specifically agreed and understood that past due accounts will bear a 1 ½% monthly
service charge, and buyer, by accepting the sold material agrees in this writing to the said
service charge and other terms and conditions contained herein.  In the event that legal
action is necessary to collect any amount due on any invoice, buyer agrees to reimburse
seller for all court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. 

Buyer also agrees that King County, State of Washington, shall be the venue for any
legal action necessary to collect any delinquent accounts, and further, this contract shall
be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and the Laws of the State of Washington. 
By purchasing the subject material, buyer represents that it is solvent and if at time of
purchase that was not the case, then seller may reclaim the product sold wherever it is
located at its option.  Until such time as the goods are paid for buyer also grants seller

                                     For Transactions Through Our RHODE ISLAND Location:

Unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing, 1% 10^th E.O.M., NET 25^TH E.O.M.

service charge, and buyer, by accepting the sold material agrees in this writing to the said
service charge and other terms and conditions contained herein.  In the event that legal
action is necessary to collect any amount due on any invoice, buyer agrees to reimburse
seller for all court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. 

Buyer also agrees that Providence County, State of Rhode Island, shall be the venue for
any legal action necessary to collect any delinquent accounts, and further, this contract
shall be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and the Laws of the State of Rhode
Island.  By purchasing the subject material, buyer represents that it is solvent and if at
time of purchase that was not the case, then seller may reclaim the product sold wherever
it is located at its option.  Until such time as the goods are paid for buyer also grants seller
a security interest in said goods.

                                      For Transactions Through Our MARYLAND Location:

Unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing, 1% 10^th E.O.M., NET 25^TH E.O.M. 
It is specifically agreed and understood that past due accounts will bear a 1 ½% monthly
service charge, and buyer, by accepting the sold material agrees in this writing to the
said service charge and other terms and conditions contained herein.  In the event that
legal action is necessary to collect any amount due on any invoice, buyer
agrees to reimburse seller for all court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. 

Buyer also agrees that Queen Anne’s County, State of Maryland, shall be the venue for
any legal action necessary to collect any delinquent accounts, and further, this contract
shall be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and the Laws of the State of
Maryland.  By purchasing the subject material, buyer represents that it is solvent and
if at time of purchase that was not the case, then seller may reclaim the product sold
wherever it is located at its option.  Until such time as the goods are paid for buyer
also grants seller a security interest in said goods.
